I did a little more research, the company tests water. You can get a drinking water test from any big box store for free. So not necessarily a scam, but not clearly sure what, if anything, they do in addition to the free water test you get get from the big box stores

they called offered a service to find jobs in my area and a web site wakanetw***.com which isnt anything about jobs and kept talking in circles asking for my information. it seemed fishy to me
302-316-9259 Call came at 7:30pm and was recorded with a msg as explained in other report about my Windows going obsolete. I have had many of these calls, mostly all from different numbers. Some appear to be local with names of people that exist in the local phone book. Some leave the same kind of msgs, most do not. It ID's as Alexender Tech

Received a call from 302-348-8786. No message left.
They keep calling the office, multiple times a day. No answer when you pick up, and when you call back you only get a machine asking you to press "1" to get on it's Do Not Call list. If they're soliciting, they could at least answer the phone so you can tell them to leave you alone.
No message left. Don't know anyone from Delaware. Sure it is a scam of some sort. I don't answer call no in contacts. (set my phone so it only rings for contacts).

Officer Charlie Williams from Windows security headquarters. Claiming your computer is sending messages and they're going to block your IP permanently unless you call an 833 number.

Left voice message pretending to be officer of Microsoft Security--which doesn't exist--giving out threats to somehow sell my ip unless I called a number they left. Super obvious scam, but none the less, I hope they don't scam some older folk who don't know better. Really low using police fraud to damn scam people. Yuck.
