My boyfriend recieved the call from this number today and keept him on hold.Then they called back with another number and did the same thing.Debt Collector and yes everyone is right on here.They dont leave messages and what I dont understand is if you can block spam on email I think u should be able to block spam on phones as well. And I think its harassment as well and we should be able to report phone harassment as well as other types of harassments out there.

Just recieved a call from 302 789 0588 delaware - wilimington called the number back and it was busy . Im gonna keep trying tO see WTF . Irritating .
I receive calls from them almost every other day. They are trying to get a hold of whoever had our phone number before we got it 4 YEARS AGO! Seriously, QUIT CALLING! I told the guy, who just called about 10 minutes ago, he had the wrong number and he mumbled what sounded like "whatever."
I've been hearing that you shouldn't call back unknown callers because of a "one ring scam"... My personal philosophy is, " if it is important they will leave a message"... My thinking is "if you immediately call back and get a busy then that should throw up a red flag, I wouldn't mess with it"... Good luck to you!
