Called my cell at 1:36 PM. I declined the call. Ten minutes later got a call from "unknown" with blocked number. Likely same scammer.
He knows my name same address and am s*xual harassing me.

As others have stated, they appear to be some sort of enrollment center for health care insurance. I recently lost my job & was shopping health insurance yesterday. As soon as I filled out the form on the California State website, I started receiving calls from all sorts of insurance agents / companies - 37 calls since 4pm PDT, 7/2/2015. Having health insurance is now a federal law, yet the federal government does very little to stop all the phone calls & harassment. And, of course, non of these "so called" legit insurance providers ever leave a message!!

"Hi David. This Jack from Pride Home Warranty." My name is not David. I have not put my cell phone out on the internet seeking any kind of information, yet I am receiving so many unsolicited calls. It's Sunday, no less. I thought we were supposed to be free from being badgered and annoyed by unwanted callers on Sunday. I am going to file a complaint with National Do Not Call registry.

Not only is my number on the do not call, but it has been unlisted for several years. This is the second time got this call, but it was from a different number before. They offer relief on credit card rates based upon eligibility thru a government-related program. I don't have any credit cards.
